Vegeta’s transition from villain to good guy is easily one of the greatest character arcs in all of anime. He went from wanting to destroy Earth to calling it his home, protecting it when it was threatened and working alongside those he once fought against. Even though he’s still prideful and rough around the edges, Vegeta can be a pretty nice guy when he wants to be, as evidenced by some of his good guy moments throughout Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super.

Everything from helping his former enemies while on Namek to fusing with Goku during the Buu saga, Vegeta has had some pretty chill moments, showing that underneath all that scowl and his Saiyan pride, he’s just a big sofie.
