21.10.24. The day I had my class 1 medical suspended as a pilot and I couldn't fly anymore. Today marks my 1 year anniversary since I had my medical suspended and this video is to reflect on my journey.

This video aims to bring mental health awareness especially for pilots who know the stress, the burden that befalls them as a pilot trying to maintain their mental health in such a stressful industry. Something needs to change in order to allow pilots to be treated with mental health conditions without the fear of having their medical suspended.

Come with me as I speak about these issues and how I got through the other side stronger than ever. I want people to know it is possible you are strong enough you just need to have the determination and faith in yourself to get yourself through the dark and into the light.
