In this tip I am showing you a drill you can do to switch to a body swing vs. and arms swing. If you want to learn the powerful, effortless, pain-free swing that I teach you need to hit the ball with your body not your arms. To do that, you need to change the way you think.

I say this because in golf the ball is stationary. This means that as you reach the top of your backswing you will try to hit hard with your arms. This is due to human nature telling you to hit the ball hard with your arms. This is not what pros are doing and will never work. So a body swing vs. and arms swing is the way to go.

So here is a drill you can to switch to a body swing vs arms swing. This is not a drill to hit perfect shots. It's a drill to switch you to using your body not your arms.
