Our client, based in a beautiful home in South Beach, Miami, Florida, is looking for an experienced Housekeeper (M/F) to join their household team.
Although the family has grown children who visit occasionally, the primary responsibility will be caring for the two Principals.
The ideal candidate (M/F) should be sensible, healthy, trustworthy, and reliable, with a commitment to staying long-term. Flexibility and prior experience in a high-profile household are key.
The home is formal, so maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation is crucial. The family also owns other properties and travels often. The housekeeper (M/F) will be required to accompany them to Aspen for two weeks every other Christmas and from mid-August to mid-September every other year.
Working alongside a Property Manager and three other housekeepers, the successful candidate must be a team player and work well with others. Regular communication with the Property Manager and Personal Assistant is essential, so strong English skills and basic IT proficiency (email/text) are needed. A uniform will be provided.
