Glastonbury Festival & Accessibility: Levelling The Field (2024 documentary)

Описание к видео Glastonbury Festival & Accessibility: Levelling The Field (2024 documentary)

At Glastonbury Festival 2024, The Common led a groundbreaking Access programme to enable four disabled trainees and two mentors to help develop festival production careers at Rum Shack. A visionary programme led by Lyrix Organix it offered paid roles and stage management/artist liaison/technical FOH opportunities - with wraparound pastoral support.

It originally emerged as a way for The Common to hold a mirror up to the accessibility of Glastonbury's South East Corner; to lead the change that we all need to see - to improve access for everyone, not just those with visible disabilities.

Officially funded and supported by Glastonbury Festival's ED&I programme
