Today on Ballards Best, we're going to SKÅL!

I had the Best time with Founder & Owner Adam today at Skall Beer Hall! This is one of the newest additions to the Ballard Bar and Restaurant scene.

I have to tell you though, walking it, it feels like they've been a staple in the community for eons!

Lots of history in this building & what Adam and his team have done to build and foster a great community here is really tremendous! All I can think about is how much it really feels like a Viking themed community center!

Their Story |
Skål (meaning "cheers") is our interpretation of what a Viking mead-hall would be like today with a rotating selection of local and Scandinavian craft beer, cider, mead, wine, & aquavit cocktails. The full kitchen is inspired by the idea of a Viking butcher shop. Help us carry on the Nordic tradition in Ballard by coming
