I've been going out to eat and drink way too much (was VERY excited to be back in New York.) It's time to get my sh*t together because I've been exhausted and I'm over it!!! I've put together some high fiber/protein meals for the week to help me build muscle, lose fat, and most importantly stay energized. Full recipes below:

Taco Salad Bowl
529 cal, 70 g protein
1 c 93%+ lean ground beef or turkey
1/2 c brown rice (cooked)
1/4 c nonfat greek yogurt (in place of sour cream)
1 bag Quest tortilla chips, crushed
2 c romaine lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, diced

Late Summer Salad
514 cal, 41 g protein
4 c arugula
4.5 oz chicken breast, chopped
1/2 avocado
1 medium sweet potato, cubed
1/4 c puffed rice cereal

Breakfast Sandwich
430 cal, 33 g protein
1 Ezekiel English Muffin
1 egg
1/2 c liquid egg whites
1/4 c cottage cheese
1/2 avocado
1 c arugula
everything but the bagel seasoning + hot sauce to taste
