It didn't start with you. Research shows that intergenerational trauma can lead to shame, depression, anxiety, and even suicide. In Sah D'Simone's TEDx talk, he investigates how the trauma passed down from his grandmother crippled him for most of his life. The suffering eventually caused a breakthrough that brought him into his practice of Buddhism, meditation, mindfulness, and led him to a path to becoming a meditation teacher, bestselling author and wellness coach. Sah D’Simone is a meditation teacher, bestselling author, transformational speaker and coach.

Born in Brazil, Sah came to the U.S as a teenager and worked over a decade in the fashion industry and achieved great success. In 2012, he walked away from it all and began an intensive search for health and well-being to travel around the world to study with some of the most prolific masters of our time.

He now dedicates his life to helping others to live in alignment and achieve their highest potential.

His infectious enthusiasm for healing and self-love has built a devoted fan base. He has worked with clients like Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Google, MoMa, American Express and many more. He is an advocate in the LGBTIQ and POC communities. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
