uv - a significantly faster python package manager - I tried it in Azure Machine Learning

This is inspired by the "Talk Python to me" episode [uv - The Next Evolution in Python Packages? Talk Python Live Stream](   • uv - The Next Evolution in Python Pac...  ) - interviewing Charlie Marsh on the uv package.

** Spoiler alert: it is significantly faster than pip **

I would like to explore:

1. Can I get uv to work within a conda definition from yaml?
2. Does it really improve timings when going the conda route (remember conda takes time before it gets to the pip step)

Naturally I will do it from within azure machien learning [aml[ ;-).

Clearly it is significantly faster than pip but how to I get it into an aml component?
