Hello dear patients. Today we are going to review the case of scar on foreskin after circumcision. A man came to our clinic and he had circumcision done about two years ago, his urologist in polyclinics told him that it’s gonna be alright. This urologist did the circumcision so that quite a rough scar developed, it was dense and it obstructed the patient during sexual life. It hurt quite intensively as it was a densification that obstructed quite a lot during pressure, during sex, it obstructed sexual contact as a result of which the patient was unable to perform a normal sexual act. So, it was decided to try influencing the scar with liquid nitrogen and by injection of hormone-containing medications into the scar. We took a common insulin syringe and we put diprospan solution in it, we did injections under the scar and in parallel, we did burning of this scar by liquid nitrogen. We did three such procedures with a month interval between them. The thickness of scar diminished a lot and it no longer brought unpleasant sensations, it became softer, in some areas it dissolved almost completely and in other areas it no longer brought such discomfort to a patient. As a result of that, the treatment was stopped. If there are any discomforts, any rashes and if you think that it’s impossible to fight with them, then in some cases, there are quite easy solutions that allow resolving even such scarry changes in the area of sexual organs, particularly if you came in a relatively early period after their appearance.

The later it is that the person comes with scars on different areas of skin integuments, including penis, the worse the prognosis is.
