Sadhana is a daily ritual practice featuring various mindfulness techniques.

This sadhana practice is designed to help high-achieving women of color slow down to intentionally soothe an overactive nervous system and move the body into its 'rest and digest' center.

Practice this sadhana every day, first thing in the morning to help reduce anxiety throughout the day. However, if you forget to do so, you can do this practice in the evening to close out your day.
