Question ❓ This FAQ video is about a user who has a Grundig GTN39250GCW Tumble Dryer. He wanted to know how to get into test mode. In addition, he wanted know more about the error codes.


Answer 🔧 To address his issues, I would recommend the following steps:

👉 Although I'm currently on my way to the ‪@IFABerlinHub‬ trade show in Berlin (https://www.ifa-berlin.com/), I had a chance to find the service manual, wiring diagram, exploded views of the parts and upload them to the FAQ page I've created for him.
👉 He should go through the PDFs since they'll help him with any faults on the machine. I've also got exploded diagrams showing all the components. At the bottom of the page, he will find that the reference numbers in these diagrams match part numbers. These are clickable and will take him directly to our European supplier, who can dispatch parts to him ASAP.
