Lilly and Scott were lucky enough to win the permit lottery to hike the beautiful area called The Wave. They only issue permits for 48 people per day to hike the area, and there are many more applicants that request a permit. They start off from Stateline Campground before dawn, and drive the short 1 mile dirt road to the Wire Pass Trailhead. They carefully follow the waypoints, signs, and photographs and find a treasure of colors and rock formations. Enjoy!
