What's up y'all. I had the chance to visit the kitchen of a fine dining restaurant, and I wanted to try to impress the chef by making a Chinese Dan Tat. I tried making the Hong Kong style version, but sadly didn't quite pull it off. At least there is a lesson to be learned at the end.
