Medicine is a defensive character through and through. She doesn't have anything really special about her that allows her to do much out of the ordinary offensive. She moves fast but can't charge her shot fast or bring up her scope quickly, and on top of that her EX spell doesn't hurt opponents rather just hinders them. However her best skill is that she is immune to spirits allowing you to really get stupid with activating them and clearing out bullets.
