We continue the fifth series of the CPSA's How to Hit videos, sponsored by Browning. In this series CPSA Senior Coach Simon Arbuckle will be covering the Trap disciplines of Down-the-Line (DTL), Automatic Ball Trap (ABT), and Olympic Trap (OT).

In this episode, Simon tells us about the differences between DTL targets and the much faster and more variable targets in ABT. He also takes us through the procedure and etiquette for shooting a round of ABT, focusing on the movement between pegs after each shot.
