DIY guide - 2014 Kia Sportage 2.0 CRDI: Change the differential and transfer case oil

Описание к видео DIY guide - 2014 Kia Sportage 2.0 CRDI: Change the differential and transfer case oil

After changing the transfer case and differential oils for the Range Rover, it was time to do the same job on our Kia Sportage. This is an easy job to do and should be performed starting with 120K km intervals. About 1.5 liters of 75W90 GL-5 gear oil are needed.

I'm also linking a detailed explanation on why and when various types of vehicle oils need to be changed:    • DIY guide - 2012 Range Rover Sport SD...

The codes for the parts I've used are as follows:
- Transfer case filler plug gasket: 1751116000
- Transfer case drain plug gasket: 2151311000
- Rear differential filler plug gasket: 5308439000
- Rear differential drain plug gasket: 5307239000

For the rear differential drain plug gasket I wasn't originally able to find the OE part number, so I also went with 5308439000, but I needed to slightly grind out its inner diameter to make it fit the plug.
