Ah, interesting. Yeah. Yeah. I know you're gonna, you're gonna like this one delivery measure, highly motive, self managed. I T professional.

You're sort of like an agile coach, but the first bullet point is this is an individual contributor role. So you can do this all by yourself. So you Superman, so they are an individual contributor driving into and delivery, right? driving SDLC processes established a stable framework, this sports, all project. And stakeholders again, project select successful project delivery. How is this not a project manager? It is a project manager.

You drive change management, I guess you drive it to the bank, I guess, collect your paycheck. Three to five years of program management. Okay. Okay. They find and replace project or program. They did. We're agile. Now

Distinctive blend of business. It financial and communications. It's a highly visible position with substantial impact.

This is the neck to ring. That's what this is the next line reinforces that thought it says, it's an environmental resources may not be in direct control of this. So it sounds to me like this is a highly matrix environment. Right. And you have very little, , pull in terms of, getting people that you need on your team to get the jobs done.

So the individual contributor contributes their neck to this. Yeah. That's what it sounds like. It sounds like you're the person that go to I don't know how you do that. Cause you're not on any teams and you don't have any resources easy and you work for yourself.

You were an agent of chaos. You are also from a leadership perspective, as you said, quite accurately. Right? You're you're the one neck to choke right there. And you're not given. You know, there's no authority, it's a lot of responsibility without authority. And so I would say, yeah. Okay.
