Our trip to Cairns in North Queensland Australia included flying Qantas and Alliance Business Class from Sydney to Cairns via Brisbane. We stayed at the Shangri-La Resort Cairns and visited Green Island on the Great Barrier Reef. This is Part 1 of this trip. Part 2 which includes more Cairns highlights and a stay at the Novotel Resort which was great for families.
