SAI Speedpaint : Hazard City

I took like 2 weeks making this and slept at 2 yesterday. Damn. And I have final exams too. For any future speedpaints, should I cut out the (apparently boring, according to my parents) middle part and just merge the sketching/interesting/bg parts? I've noticed that my speedpaint seems abnormally long ifyaknowhadImean :v

Used Paint Tool SAI, Adobe Photoshop CS2, and Monoprice tablet;
Camstasia 8 to record and edit.
