Pancake Tips | Crispy Edges | How To Make The Perfect Pancake With Chef Bae

Bacon and Egg Pancake Sandwhich

🥞Pancake mix (I used Aunt Jemimah pancake mix)
🥓4-5 pcs Bacon
🍳2 Eggs
🧀1-2 slices of cheddar cheese
🧈3-4 tsp butter
🍯syrup ( I used Mrs. Butterworth)
🧂salt/pepper for eggs (optional)
🍯confectioners’ sugar (optional)

Bake bacon at 350 degrees for about 20-25 or until crispy and golden brown.

Add pancake mix and water according to the directions on the box. Melt butter in a skillet on medium low heat. Pour batter into the skillet and let the pancake cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Melt butter in a skillet on medium low heat. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and mix. Add the eggs to the skillet. Let the eggs cook for about 30 seconds then start to scramble them. Cook for about 3 minutes until fluffy or cook them to your liking.
