‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️CORRECTION:
While makingthe diagram, I connected the Rt Atrium to Lungs, which is not how it is. 🥴🥴🥴
The lungs are connected to the right ventricle ofcourse, and in case of any left to right shunt, there is volume overload on the right side and thus ultimately in the lungs too, leading to pulmonary vasculature damage, hypertension and eventual reversal of the shunt (i.e from previous left to right to new right to left) because of right ventricular hypertrophy! This is known as Eisenmenger syndrome.

Hypertension (HTN or HT), also known as high blood pressure (HBP), is a long-term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is persistently elevated.[10] High blood pressure typically does not cause symptoms.

Answer to the question:
“None” 😂
It has no symptoms that you notice.
Because it usually has no obvious symptoms, high blood pressure (hypertension) is called the silent killer.
