Few things I forgot to mention:

1. Anecdotally, bluetooth headphones drain my phone battery faster than wired. Google says that the difference is very small / negligible with the new bluetooth technology. YMMV

2. I have also tried bone conducting headphones. I don't like them since they are bluetooth and the sound quality is very bad.
