But little did we know just how quickly the impact would hit - from finance challenges and new market dynamics to the pressures on NDIS providers and tenant funding.

A direct result of this maturing market? We're now seeing many more property re-sales and far fewer brand-new properties coming to market.

Minh & Debbie also share some thoughts on what might be in store for next year. And, of course, they want to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year break.
