Khet Singh Khangar (1140-1212 AD) was a king of the Khangar dynasty of India of the 12th-13th century.The capital of his kingdom Jijhotikhand was Gadhkundar.Garh-Kundar is a village in Niwari district of Madhya Pradesh.
The village is named after the famous fort (or citadel) located here
This fort is a great example of the unmatched craftsmanship of that period.
But now it is in a broken state.The emotional and reality-inspired novel "Garh Kundar" written by Vrindavan Lal Verma is based on this plot.
