Ingredients-
For the sponge-
Sift these ingredients together

3/4 cup Maida (all purpose flour) - 90g - ₹4
1/2 cup caster sugar - 100 g - ₹4.5
1/2 tsp baking soda - ₹0.5
2tbsp Cocoa powder - 12 g approx ₹6
1/3 tsp salt

Then heat the Wet ingredients -
1/2 cup water - free
1/2 tsp instant coffee - ₹0.5
3 tbsp oil - 45ml or ₹5
1 1/2 tsp vinegar - ₹0.5
1/4 tsp vanilla - ₹0.5

Sugar syrup-
3 tbsp sugar - ₹1.5 (around 35 g)
1/4 cup water - free

Ganache -
120g chocolate - ₹32
60g cream - ₹12

Chocolate layer -
70g chocolate - ₹19

Dusting of cocoa powder - ₹0.5

Total - ₹86.5
₹13.5 balance
(For miscellaneous expenses like electricity, extra toppings if you want, etc)
