Recipe
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable shortening
1 cup lukewarm water

Method:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Add shortening and water to dry ingredients then combine until a dough is formed.
3. Knead dough for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Cover dough and allow to proof for 45 minutes.
5. Knock air out of dough then flatten into a 1/4" disc then roll tightly into a loaf, making sure to seal the seam at the base of the loaf.
6. Place into a loaf pan and allow to proof for 20 minutes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
8. Allow to cool before cutting.
