Margaritaville Resort Orlando | Walk Through

Walk through the 300-acre island-inspired Margaritaville Resort Orlando. a 45-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. There are 184 hotel rooms, including the Jimmy Buffet Presidential Suite. Each room includes a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe, and a minibar. 2-8 bedroom cottages are also available with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, refrigerator, and complimentary water. This resort is pet-friendly and has a dog park.

Property food options include Provisions grab and go for breakfast and lunch sandwiches, the Salty Rim poolside grill, or enjoy a romantic dinner at Euphoria Fish House, named after Jimmy Buffet’s yacht. Nearby Promenade at Sunset Walk has a variety of restaurants. The Euphoria Lounge and Salty Rim Bar & Grill offer live music. Enjoy live music nightly at one of the Promenade at Sunset Walk's many bars.

There are 3 tropical pools on site: Licensed to Chill, Fins Left, and Fins Right. Shaded seating is available in the sand, cabana rentals are available, or relax poolside. Poolside service is available, be sure to order an umbrella drink and enjoy a cheeseburger in paradise. Island H2O Water Park is nearby and open from March through November.

A fitness center with cardiovascular and weight training machines is open 24 hours and massages, body therapies, skin treatments, facials, and salon services are available at the St Somewhere Spa. Hair braiding and airbrush tattoo appointments are available on the weekend. Bike rental is also available.

Tickets to Orlando’s theme parks can be purchased through the resort concierge and complimentary shuttle transportation is available with reservation to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando.

The property has a small playground, arcade games, shuffleboard, and tandem bike rental for families with children. Check the resort calendar for upcoming activities for the kids.

Be sure to pick up a souvenir from the on-site Margaritaville Store.

Pros: Beautifully themed lobby, complimentary rum punch at check-in, free self-parking, gorgeous pool with tiki bar, complimentary water.

Cons: lights and wifi not explained, no information about the property or nearby restaurants provided, property not busy yet given a room on the first floor as far from lobby as possible.
