The new single brought you by prog-metallers Raptorbaby. A composition older than the band itself, it has been resurrected and carefully re-imagined in Raptorbaby style. The Lost marks the spot of another experiment in the band's ever expanding sound, investigating calmer sound-scapes while maintaining a sense of desperate intensity.

Lyrically, the song is a fable about an artist who's wife accidentally trips in his studio and dies. The artist is blamed for her death and is sentenced to life in an insane asylum, where he staunchly fights the system. But the more they medicate him, the more he descends into madness, unable to escape from the asylum, as well as the prison built in his mind.
