2024 August 5th - Firestorm (Roblox): Public Server Gameplay and later VC gameplay with Frostbite!

Found a good moment to hop on and play some public server Firestorm again! It had been a few weeks (possibly even a month!) since I last did one, but it really fun once again to jump in, start quietly on my own and slowly encountering and working with other players, right up until getting to play and work in VC (voice chat) with Frostbite (samion874) over in the main Firestorm community discord server (FireX Industries).

Along the way I got to work/follow/hang with quite a few capable and good players that was nice to see communicating and working together. There was quite a few good moments of that here and there heh.

Might post/edit/add more to this description later, including timestamps and chapters... and other things... for now, this is a rough youtube description! GGs and thanks to all who joined and played, was a great Firestorm session for me, had lots of fun. Even got some flight time in and dusted off my piloting!

If you play Roblox or like Firefighting, this game and community is great for a cooperative PVE (no PVP gameplay at all) where you focus on fighting forest fires as a team (servers can hold up to 20-24 players I think!), and it's quite epic at times! I've learned quite a few wildland firefighting things just from being part of this game and community. And while the public servers aren't always realistic, some people try to work together, and those moments it's usually awesome. There are vehicles to drive, tools/equipment to use to defeat the fire and win the match. They are working on a Firestorm 2 game as of this video! Check the game out with those links above!
