Aaron Rodgers is playing at an MVP level as he normally does, but I think sometimes doesn’t get the credit he deserves for all the different things that he does on a football field. We see the wild and wow throws here and there. We see the dimes he will drop. But, it’s the complete understanding and control of a football game that makes Aaron Rodgers so special. What makes him an MVP each and every year. It can easily be missed so we are just going to take a look at their game from this past weekend and all the little things that he does that are difference makers on the football field.
So much good stuff from Aaron Rodgers. A lot of the stuff, it’s not overwhelming. Not a bunch of big plays created. It’s the little details that he has about his craft that separate him. The knowledge of seeing the big picture and seeing things presnap and understanding where his best option is off that read. He isn’t locked into one receiver and what the presnap look is, he sees the big picture. He understands what’s going on across the board so I can make the game easier on myself. He knows he can still move the football and be successful by doing the little things really well. That’s what separates him every year, even though what we talk about are the special plays and big throws, this is the stuff that impresses me because he is as good as anyone in the NFL at making plays. But it’s the little things and the details and his attention to those things that ultimately ends up separating him every year and it’s why the Green Bay Packers are the number one seed in the NFC. #Packers #NFL #AaronRodgers
