In Switzerland a special breed of goats, known as the Saanen goats, produce up to 6 liters of milk a day. This remarkable yield has led to thousands of these goats being raised in Swiss farms. Interestingly, their milk isn’t hand-milked but extracted using machines. The milk is then used to create one of the world’s most expensive products, which can sell for anywhere between $20,000 to $225,000 per kilogram.
