Freezing Cold Weather Grips The Northeast Ahead Of Polar Vortex

Following Friday’s winter storm, freezing cold weather is settling into the Northeast with Boston seeing wind chill temperatures as low as 3 degrees. Another cold blast is expected on Monday with frigid air coming from the North Pole, which would make it the coldest weather forecast in 3 to 4 years.
