The key to growing in becoming a better communicator is: (1) to embrace how vital communication is in all areas of your life, (2) understanding that being an effective communicator is YOUR responsibility and not anyone else’s; and (3) understand that your words and your approach are key while simultaneously working hard to keep emotions on the sideline.
