Jalen Brunson last season showed a lot of intriguing offensive translation from Villanova to the NBA. He shows a lot of skills and touch that are crucial for long time NBA point guards.

He is incredibly shifty, being able to change speeds and direction on a dime. He uses this combination of quickness and size (6'3, 190) to his advantage all over the court. He consistently has the ball on a tight string and knows how to use his body as a shield.

Combining his feel with shooting touch makes him ruthless on offense. It is safe to say he is one of those players who will be a threat from anywhere on the floor. He has a wide array of offensive weapons, ranging from an elite floater game to step-back threes. His Mid-range is absolutely deadly.

Rick Carlisle is one of the best coaches in this league and has been especially effective at maximizing lead ball-handlers. Justifiably, Luka Doncic has been getting most of the hype for this team, but Brunson will undoubtedly play a growing role for Dallas in the coming years.
