New ESL teachers often find the first day of school challenging. It does not have to be. This ready-to-go lesson is designed for Grade 1-2 students and can also be used in kindergarten. It includes the class rules, four vocabulary words (super, fine, OK, and bad), and simple dialogue: "How are you? - I am super/fine/OK/bad." It also includes a few activities that you can use to reinforce each part of the class.

The lesson plan in this bundle is designed for the teachers who do not have access to technology in their classrooms. You can still teach this class with a piece of chalk, a die, and a few flashcards.
