—Recipe—-

100 g Unsalted Butter
2 Medium Eggs (one for egg wash)
75g white sugar
150g ground almonds
35g Powdered sugar
1/2 table spoon vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
Puff pastry sheets
Almond flakes (topping)

Bake for 15-20min at 200C till golden
