1:40 The game Leos is playing is "英語が苦手な大人のDSトレーニング えいご漬け" which was released in the EU as "English Training: Have Fun Improving Your Skills!" 漬け can mean pickling or immersion (which explains Leos's confusion), but I went with the latter for the title since that's more related with language learning.

3:16 甘い判定 is what Leos is trying to translate, where 甘い could mean sweet or easy/lenient/generous (among other things), depending on the context.
