New Affordable Housing Project In Midtown Long Beach

The City of Long Beach broke ground to welcome the latest affordable housing project in Midtown on July 19th, 2024.

The new six-story development is located at 1400 Long Beach Blvd. and will feature 163 units, a community room, outdoor courtyard and children’s play area. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-2026 and will enhance the livability in central Long Beach.
