Destiny 2 Season of the Wish
One of the most meta impactful weapons added in season of the wish is the Indebted Kindness. And it has more than 1 god roll to chase. A quick reload + voltshot option can be the play or perhaps a strand synergistic lead from gold + permeability could work with the current artefact mod options.
Being a whole new weapon type it does seem to have a few questionable combinations however, the perk surrounded sounds perfect on paper but does not exactly work with the explosive side of this sidearm.
