🟢材料:
乳鴿 2 隻
薑汁 1 湯匙
鹽 1 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
紹酒 1 湯匙
老抽 1 湯匙

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將乳鴿洗淨抹乾水,加入薑汁、鹽、糖、紹酒和老抽醃半小時(有時間醃 2 小時)。
2️⃣ 把乳鴿用氣炸鍋攝氏 200 度氣炸 20 分鐘。
📌備註:本片所用氣炸鍋無需預熱及把食物反轉,請根據您氣炸鍋的功能作適當調節。

🟢Ingredients:
Pigeons - 2
Ginger juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Rinse the pigeons and pat them dry. Mix together the ginger juice, salt, sugar, Shaoxing wine, and dark soy sauce. Rub the mixture over the pigeons and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours if time allows.
2️⃣ Air fry the marinated pigeons at 200°C for 20 minutes.
📌Note: The air fryer used in this recipe does not require preheating or flipping the food. Please adjust the cooking time and settings according to your air fryer's functions.
