Scott Noel has curated a group art exhibition which showcases artists who work directly from nature. These painters do not use photographs or other visual aids in the construction of their works. Noel believes that this direct approach can access an imaginative response with unique aesthetic properties. He also believes that critical thinking about this approach to art is lacking. I hope my film helps to bring attention to these very impressive artists.
