Belize trip! 2023

A long weekend in Belize: Caye Caulker is a small Caribbean island off the coast of Belize where the main motto is “go slow” and we got used to it pretty quickly! The only transportation on the island is either by golf cart or by bike. On this heavenly island we went snorkeling and we met the manatees for the first time ❤️ We could also see dolphins, seahorses, reef sharks, stingrays and much more.

After Caye Caulker, we jumped on some local buses and hitchhiked through the beautiful Hummingbird Highway to reach a small Garifuna village called Hopkins, and then off to Punta Gorda to go back to Guatemala.
