Cozy Fall Soup Recipes to Warm You Up

When the weather is cooling down all i want to do is cozy up inside to a hot bowl of soup. Here are some of my favorite cozy fall soup recipes. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Turkey chili
1 onion diced
4 cloves minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can pumpkin puree
1 can kidney beads
4 tsp chilli powder
salt and pepper

Salmon Dill Soup:
1 large potato, peeled and cut
1 large carrot peeled and cut
1 cup chicken broth
5 medium mushrooms
1 Tbl all purpose flour
1/4 cup cream or evaporated milk
1/2 lb salmon fillet
1/4 pepper
salt to taste and 1 TbL fresh dill

Cream Tomato and Pasta soup
Handful of mushrooms chopped
1 small eggplant chopped
1 diced onion
4 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper
2 TBL brown sugar
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 bunch of basil chopped
2 cups shredded chicken
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cream
