Mahalia's Corner provides a stage where music meets spoken word in an atmosphere designed to feed the mind, body and soul.
'The Corner' has always been an incubator for artistic expression; a safe space for budding artists and seasoned performers to push the limits of their creativity, and a place for audiences to discover emerging talent.

An eclectic range of artists including international soca stars Edwin Yearwood and Alison Hinds, award winning song writer Livvi Franc and Billboard artists Jaicko and Bobby Saint have graced the Corner stage. Several newcomers have also used MC as a springboard to gain confidence while launching their professional careers.

Hosted by one of the most enigmatic front-ladies Barbados has ever seen - Mahalia of 2 Mile Hill - and powered by the band; the show features a well known main act showcasing their particular style and genre in a stripped down acoustic format.

This is coupled with a popular open mic session, allowing anyone in the MC audience to take the stage and express themselves.
