maybe a solid goal for someone trying to get healthier is to just increase speed (interval) on these hills/bumps and go slower the rest then push yourself around the pond to finish it up, keep working that . . . . . . . .

be nice inside frankie, no nonsense always defer to the walkers and joggers and those wandering . . . . . that is where you will spend your most time eventually . . . . . no gazing at the nature, keep working those legs and core . . . . . .
