Easychoc molding line

Our #oneshot #moldingline EASY-CHOC, installed last week in Japan. This is the entry level device for a #real productivity of 5molds/min. You can work with molds 275x135/175/205
It includes a molds loader, a heating tunnel, the one-shot depositor (on the long side of the mold!), the vibrating unit, a 96molds 275x175/205 and 128molds 275x135 vertical cooling tunnel, all powered by brushless motors and drivers, for a perfect control of dosing and positioning.
Not all the molding lines are born the same, this one is the little sister of our industrial molding lines and it carries all of their automation and design.
