Tekla Import Attributes

You can copy the values of the part to it's user defined attribute using import function.

Follow the steps :
🪜 Create a report.
🪜Add header row
🪜 Add content row.
🪜Content should be part
🪜Add Id, Profile, Length, Weight attributes to the part row.
🪜Label name should be the attribute name to copy the values.

For example, If you are going to copy the assembly position to user field 1 then the label should USER_FIELD_1. When you run the application, it reads the label and copy the values to the UDA.

Point to remember
Set the height to maximum to avoid gap between lines.
Report can be text or csv format.
