He anticipates that there will be even more investment coming in after rate cuts as India's market weightage is higher. India has grown to be a significant market on its own separate from other emerging markets. Agrawal is optimistic about the future expecting growth to be driven by capital expenditure increased energy consumption due to higher per capita income and a focus on manufacturing. He remains positive about the defense sector anticipating long-term earnings growth. Agrawal sees the current market pause as a temporary break comparing it to a pit stop. He also sees opportunities in electric vehicles, defense and renewables similar to the opportunities software companies provided two decades ago.
