2000 Jeep Cherokee 4L with all the aftermarket accessories you can imagine. Not many are working of course... Loud buzzing noise coming from the underhood fuse box when the key is on and engine off (KOEO). Upon inspection find it's coming from the ASD relay. Sometimes it repeats buzzing for a second then quiet for a second. Sometimes it's a constant buzz. The Jeep will start/stall unless you give it throttle right away. Rev it for a couple seconds and it'll be fine. Will not stall or have any issues once started. But shut it off and turn the key back on and it'll go back to buzzing. In this video I take you through what I found. Nice and easy fix.
